Road ClosuresFireworks Begin at 9:00 PMPlease note that the fireworks show will begin promptly at 9:00 PM. For the safety of all attendees, the road leading into Cottenham Exchange will be closed during the fireworks display. No vehicles, golf carts, bicycles, or pedestrian traffic will be permitted beyond the designated safety barricades once the road closure is in effect.(With the exception of Emergency Services that will be onsite) We encourage everyone to arrive early, bring your chair, find a viewing spot, and enjoy the festivities before the show begins. The road in front of Cottenham Exchange at the Redbird Room will be closed from 5PM-10PM to ensure the safety of residents and their guests. ️Parking & TransportationParking near Cottenham Exchange will be extremely limited due to the popularity of this event and the space required for activities, vendors, and fireworks safety zones. Cottenham Fitness Center Closure To accommodate the large crowds attending the Waterways Independence Day Spectacular, the Fitness Center will be temporarily closed during peak event hours, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM. This closure helps ensure the safety of residents and guests while protecting our fitness equipment during the event. |
